Carver recognized for achievement in citizenship
April 15, 2005

Parkview High School senior Patrick Carver is among an elite class of Missouri seniors to receive the 2005 Missouri Award for Outstanding Achievement in Citizenship.

Carver is among only 15 state high school seniors to receive this award, given on the basis of academic achievement, extracurricular leadership and community service.

“Patrick is an exceptional young man,” said Parkview principal Judy Brunner. “He’s bright, he’s articulate, and he really does have a deep care for mankind and the responsibilities of citizenship. He is active politically, he has a vision for what the world should be and what his contributions should be. I’m sure great things are ahead for him.”
