Feeder Pattern Adjustments and Building Utilization:

Following are current Glendale High School feeder schools and alternates that would create a complete feeder system (K-12) to Glendale High School, as well as improve building utilization throughout that feeder system.

Note:  The capacity data is based on September 2007 enrollment and the number of students living within specific school attendance areas as of July 7, 2008. Each “Alternate” is a group of possible changes to improve feeder patterns and/or the efficiency of building usage.

  1. FEEDER CHANGE: Bingham Elementary School students would eventually attend Glendale High School shifting 53 students 9-12 from Central High School (on average 13 incoming freshmen to GHS).
  2. FEEDER CHANGE: Cowden Elementary School would send all students to Glendale High School shifting 44 students    9-12 from Kickapoo High School and 88 students from Parkview High School (on average 33 incoming freshmen to GHS).
