Homework Help

If you are looking for help with Everyday Math, you can find free algorithm animations online.  Both this sentence and the logo below will take you to the Everyday Math home page.  Then click on the Launch button for "Free Family Resources", "Algorithms in Everyday Mathematics", your student's grade, and what you are working on (addition, subtraction, and so on).  The animation will show you how to do the problems.

Upcoming Events

  • View the SPS calendar for the whole school year.  This calendar shows days students will be out, early releases, and etc.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • The Bowerman STARS store would appreciate some adult volunteers to come spend the day helping students shop on the first and third Fridays of each month.  The store recognizes students for showing positive behaviors in school.  If you are interested contact the Bowerman office at 523.1400.

  • Bowerman could also use classroom volunteers that are willing to read with students, work on math one-on-one or in small-groups, or help with clerical tasks (cutting out lamination, putting up or pulling down bulletin boards, etc.).  If you are interested contact the Bowerman office at 523.1400.
