SPS Partners In Education

Springfield Public Schools’ Partners In Education program is designed to link businesses and community organizations with the district in a joint effort to develop mutually benefical relationships that will enrich the educational experience for our students.

There are many options available to potential Partners In Education. Click through the below opportunities to find one, or many, right for your organization.

Marketing Partners--Those businesses or organizations leasing individualized SPS advertising packages or donating in-kind advertising exposure to the district. All contributions are tax-deductible.

District & Site Partners--Supportive community businesses and organizations who provide a variety of services to the students and staff at SPS. By choosing either one school site or making services available district wide, these Partners In Education make a lasting impression in our district.

Volunteers--Community members, parents, grandparents, local business professionals, and others associated with a non-profit organization who acknowledge the importance between community involvement and education by giving their time to our schools.

No matter what kind of PIE your organization decides to become, we ask that you complete one of the forms listed below. Forms are revised prior to the start of each new school year, so they must be completed and submitted an annual basis.

Our new 2010-2011 Partners In Education Registration Form is available through the link below, as well as a Partners In Education Evaluation Form for those businesses that were partners during the 2009-2010 school year. Once completed, forms are submitted to the Community Development office in the Kraft Administration Building, 1359 E. St. Louis St., or you may send via email to: jmcphail@spsmail.org.

Our revised 2010-2011 Volunteer Registration Form is also now available through the link below. Once completed, volunteer registration forms must be submitted to the school where you wish to volunteer. If you choose to volunteer at more than one site, it is only necessary to submit the form to one site for processing, however, please list all sites on the form itself.
