Secondary Math Training, Math Tools in Notebook for SMART Board February 13, 3:30-5:00, Tefft Secondary math teachers who have a SMART Board installed in their classroom may participate in a workshop to learn how to use the Notebook software add-on "Math Tools". Upon completing the training, each teacher will receive a Math Tools license for use on his/her computer. Participants should register by sending an email to Jennifer Renegar. Enrollment is limited.

You値l discover how to prevent testing and mandates from weighing you down. And, you値l learn how to keep the momentum going預nd have fun doing it! We値l explore brain-based learning strategies that can easily be implemented the very next day in all subject areas. You値l also learn practical strategies that build number sense and enhance problem solving skills necessary in the 21st century. You値l learn classroom management techniques that work with the most challenging of classes and delve into the new Common Core Standards. Registration: One teacher per building.
