Continuous Quality Improvement

Continuous Quality Improvement is an on going process. The goal is to have 100% efficiency in all areas of Building Services. As we all know, this is a goal that is seldom, if ever achieved. However, to be the best that Building Services can be, the following Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) filters are to be used in all actions and projects ...............

                                                            * Are we doing a good job?
                                                            * How do we know?
                                                            * Show me the data!
                                                            * How do we compare with our peers?
                                                            * What are our performance benchmarks?

One of the tools that we use to see how we are doing is:

*Customer Feedback On Our Performance*

Each year we interview key personnel at each school/site to determine our
effectiveness at meeting their needs. We now have four years of data.
The key to reading the charts is that the farther to the right the graphs
get, the better we are perceived (yellow is the current year).
Note that in 2006-2007 we again, for the forth year in a row, increased
our performance and value to the District.
We work very hard to increase our perceived value to the staff,
students, parents, and voters in the community. The charts showing
Building Service's progress during the last four years can be viewed
