In order to better serve your organization we ask that you copy and complete all areas of the "Use of Facilities Rental Request Form." Please allow up to two weeks for approval. Upon approval, required liability documentation must be received no later than one week prior to the scheduled event. To review a brief description of the liability and legal requirements, click HERE. Please understand that any and all school functions take precedence over any and all requests. Inclement weather causing school closing also cancels any scheduled rental. Any changes to this completed form must be approved prior to the scheduled event.
