Preventive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance is a schedule of planned
maintenance actions aimed at the prevention of
breakdowns and failures. Our primary goal is to
prevent the failure of equipment before it actually
occurs. The PM shop is designed to preserve and
enhance equipment reliability by replacing worn
components before they actually fail.
Preventive Maintenance activities include
equipment checks, oil changes, lubrication,
cleaning fan coils and so on. In addition, records
are kept so that we know when to replace or repair worn parts before they cause a
system failure. Our highly trained staff take pride in the fact that you very seldom
know that we are at your site and that your equipment is functioning as it should.
If you should find that you need our help, please use the form found at School Dude.
