Meet Mrs. McQuarry

Hello!  My name is Roxie McQuarry, and I am so excited to be a part of the core team of David Harrison Elementary.  I earned my teaching degree in 2005 from Drury University.  I am certified in Early Childhood (Birth through 3rd grade) and Elementary Education (1st through 6th grade).  I began my teaching career teaching fourth grade at McBride Elementary.  I am so excited to be a part of the David Harrison Elementary staff.

I am married and have four children.  My hobbies include: playing with my children, working on the computer, reading, and creating photo slideshows. My students will certainly tell you that….I really like Mountain Dew. J  My favorite color is red and I enjoy watching football. (Go Seahawks!)

I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember.  I smile, laugh, grow and learn each day with my students.  It is such a rewarding career.  I am very excited about the opportunity to work with you and your child.
