Long Term Disability (LTD)

Optional Long Term Disability (LTD) Premiums

The School Board provides you with Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance that covers you the first two years following an approved disability claim.

In order for you to continue receiving LTD benefits beyond those first two years, you may enroll for optional long term disability coverage.  The following is the formula for calculating your monthly premium:

Annual Salary/1200 X .15= Monthly Premium

OR

Monthly Salary X .0015= Monthly Premium

FOR EXAMPLE:

If your annual salary is $12,000, your premium would be $1.50 per month.
