Screening Mammograms
$164 Annual screening mammograms are recommended for women age 40 and above. A mammogram can detect a lump as early as seven years before it can be felt. The vast majority of curable breast cancers are too small to be felt.
Health Risk Assessments (HRA)
$25 HRAs provide an overall picture of health: Cholesterol (HDL and LDL),
triglycerides, glucose, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat analysis, weight, plus heart disease, stroke, and diabetes risk analysis.
Prostate screenings - PSA
$40 Men over age 50 should have the prostate-antigen blood test every year.
Homocysteine Level
$50 High levels of homocysteine have been connected with the development of heart disease.
C-reactive Protein
$30 High levels of cardiac specific C-Reactive Protein (CRP) in our blood represent
inflammation occurring in our blood vessels. Inflammation in our blood vessels
can lead to heart disease.
H&H
$20 This test measures the amount of hemoglobin and hematocrit in
the blood, testing your oxygen carrying ability and iron level (anemia).
Colorectal Screening
$12 Colorectal cancer is the second leading cancer killer in the U.S. The fecal occult blood test is a simple, at-home procedure that checks stool samples for hidden blood, which can be a sign of cancer, polyps, or other internal disorders.
