American Fidelity (cafeteria plan)
Springfield Schools has contracted American Fidelity to maintain the IRS 125 agreement on pre taxed deductions. This requires American Fidelity to visit sites yearly to obtain the required current employee signatures and to obtain these signatures from new employees shortly after their orientation. The IRS requires we provide them with pre-tax deduction data annually.
