New Employee Orientation
Welcome to Springfield Public Schools. We are delighted you have chosen to join the SPS team. The first thing you will need to do is go to the Human Resource Office and get fingerprint information and get registered for a New Employee Orientation.
SPS's New Employee Orientation is designed to be a fast-paced and interactive session providing you with helpful information. In addition to receiving an overview of Springfield Public Schools, you will also receive important information about SPS, your benefits, and policies. You will also complete critical paperwork. Attendance is required of all newly hired employees.
In an effort to prepare you for your orientation, please go to the New Employee Information Packet to retrieve important information. We ask that you read the packet prior to your scheduled orientation.
