Back-to-school Information
The 2010-2011 Parent's Guide is now available. It contains information that will help your family prepare for the new school year, which starts Tuesday, Aug. 24. For other important dates and helpful information, visit the district's back-to-school page.

Mission Statement:
We are a caring, accepting, and safe school where students become self-motivated lifelong llearners.

Sunshine School is located at the northeast corner of Sunshine Street and Jefferson Avenue. We are approximately two blocks east of the Bass Pro Shops/Wonders of Wildlife Museum. Sunshine Elementary School has enrollment of about 205 students. Our average student-teacher ratio is 18 to 1, enabling teachers to provide individual attention to each student.
