SUNGARD’s eSchoolPLUS+ is the web-based Student Information System for Springfield Public Schools to maintain and store student data.

SUNGARD’s eSchoolPLUS+ contains protected educational records of Springfield Public Schools students. To best protect our students privacy please review the following:
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. To view FERPA guidelines visit The US Department of Education website.
- All employees usage of SUNGARD’s eSchoolPLUS+ falls under Springfield Public Schools Board policies EBH and EBH-R along with the User Agreement as outlined in policy EBH. Policies in their entirety may be viewed by clicking the policy name.
- All data contained herein is protected and regulated by applicable laws, regulations, statutes, and policies.

Internet Explorer is required to interact with the SUNGARD’s eSchoolPLUS+ or Teacher Access Center
- Add eSchoolPLUS+ as a "Trusted Site" to Internet Explorer (See attached document)
- Enter your personal username using the appropriate format
- All users=r12mail\username
- Enter your personal password
