The Non-Designer's Web Book (2nd edition), by Robin Williams and John Tollett. If you're new to the design and graphic aspects of HTML, this book is a must. Fantastic for beginners, and those who think they are expert should probably check their design skills against the advice given.
Photoshop 5.5 and ImageReady 2.0 for the Web: Hands-On Training, by Lynda Weinman. If you only use Photoshop for designing Web graphics, get this book. Excellent.
