Mrs. Tinney's Third Grade Class
Our Mission:
The mission of Mrs. Tinney’s 3rd grade class is to improve our effort, listening skills, and be respectful to others so that we will be successful in 4th grade.
These are the skills our third grade class identified as the top three skills necessary to meet the third grade goals. This year we have been working hard to improve ourselves through Continuous Classroom Improvement. We have already seen great progress in our effort and attitudes toward learning difficult concepts. We will continue to practice the skill of identifying what we don’t know by asking questions when we do not understand a concept, and approaching difficult concepts with a positive attitude and independence. Feel free to stop by and check out our progress toward meeting our goals on our CCI board and the “norms” we identified as vital to reaching our goals! We are looking forward to the MAP test coming soon in April so that we may show off the test taking skills we are working hard to learn! What a great group of third grade learners!
